Please note thatt the Walleye Classic for 2013 has been rescheduled to September 14th & 15th due to conditions beyond our control. If you can no longer participate please contact kvp@sasktel.net to reequest refunds. The June 1st & 2nd dates are not within reason due to water levels. We apologize for the change but there is still in excess of 3' of ice on the lake and water levels are yet to increase to where it will not be feasable or safe to hold in June. We are trying to work with the competitors in the best interest of arranging accomodations, travel and time off work with the reasonable time frame to amend current arrangements.

We are still hopeful of a go on June 1 & 2, 2013 however as the ice is still 3 1/2 ft thick, one month to go and rising waters in areas surrounding the Beach. We want to be fair to all concerned and and alternate date of Sept 14 & 15 is being considered. Stay tuned and we will make decision before you all head off to Elbow.
If we can go June 1 & 2 we will. |
